All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. In-app purchases are processed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and your rights related to purchases are subject to their respective terms and policies.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including EU consumer protection regulations.
4. Ads and Third-Party Content
The App displays advertisements and content provided by third-party networks. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of such third parties.
Your interactions with third-party ads or services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
5. Gameplay, Scoring, and Rewards
Sudoku Forge includes gameplay systems such as scoring, rankings, and rewards. Rewards may include:
- In-game hints
- Temporary premium access
- Skip-ad tokens
- Mosanite (the universal fragments used as in-game currency)
- Fragments (character-specific fragments)
All rewards, currencies, and virtual items are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred outside the App, or redeemed for cash or goods.
We reserve the right to modify, balance, reset, or remove gameplay systems, rewards, or virtual items at any time.
6. User Conduct
By using the App, you agree to:
- Play fairly and not engage in cheating, hacking, automation, or use of unauthorized tools
- Respect other users and avoid offensive, abusive, or harmful behavior, including in usernames or avatars
- Not use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.
7. User Accounts and Login
The App allows login using third-party authentication services, such as Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In / Game Center.
By logging in, you consent to the sharing of limited data (such as profile name or avatar) as necessary for gameplay and personalization. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
8. Feedback and Contact
You may submit feedback, suggestions, or reports through the App's "Contact Us" feature, which may require providing an email address.
By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the App without compensation or obligation.
9. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:
- Personal data (e.g., email address when contacting support)
- Gameplay and interaction data (e.g., scores, actions, progress)
- Analytics and performance data via third-party tools

10. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to game design, artwork, graphics, audio, text, trademarks, and code, is owned by Shabake OÜ, its licensors, or partners, and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your expectations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of use, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or other appropriate channels.
Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
